Select a suitable doctor, then make appointment of video consultation that suit your schedule.

Receive an email on doctor’s acceptance of your appointment, of which it also requests the payment of video consultation.

Alternatively, you can choose any doctors who are actively online.

Step 3 

Get doctor’s diagnosis and treatment plan based on agreed schedule or now should you need any immediate service from an actively online doctor.

Step 4 

If ePrescription is given by doctor after a video consultation ends, you will receive an email for paying the cost of prescribed medicine(s)

Step 5

Payment of medicine(s) is made. After 3-4 working days, you will receive medicine(s) at the mailing address registered within our system.

Step 6

Print receipt(s) for all made payments, if you want to submit and claim from employers.
